Our Basement

“We had a design for our basement completed by an architect and went out to three contractors for bids. We chose Al because of his personal commitment, references, price and first hand viewing of his work by walking through a home and another basement he completed. During the process and based on the finished product, we know we made the right choice.

We had built our home 18 months prior to the basement finish so we had an idea of the hassles that come with the construction process. Al was very easy to work with. He will tell you “I am not happy unless you are happy” and that is not just a hollow promise. We made numerous changes along the way that he seamlessly incorporated without any issues or change order fees. The craftsmanship of the entire project was outstanding. The tile and stone work was some of the best I have ever seen. The finish carpenter did a nice job of all our trim work to include building a custom pool que rack and display shelves for pool balls and accessories. The finished basement exceeded our expectations. Our neighbors and friends were all impressed with our new living space and our kids love having their friends over to ‘hang out in the basement’.
