New Home Construction

We have over 30 years of new home construction experience. Al Kulenski has constructed all levels of houses from simple single family dwellings to multi family condominiums, in all price ranges, from simple homes to large estates. Repairs/Service Calls

Are you happy with your current home but need repairs from weather damage, flooding, fire or other catastrophe? Do you need your installed appliances updated? Deadbolts/new locks installed? Decks and patios updated? We can handle just about any repair job or small project. If we can’t handle it ourselves, we have a rolodex of fully vetted, trusted specialist contractors.
